Great Service!
Carol is the best! Very friendly and clean, always feel very welcome. She consistently does a wonderful job. My favorite are the lashes, they always look so pretty. I've seen other lashes by other people and am not impressed, I wouldn't go anywhere else but Carol. I encourage everyone to at least try them once and then you'll be hooked. If you like to look pretty without or with less make up and want to shorten your daily routine get some lashes by Carol!!! Very satisfied customer!!!

Great Eyelashes
I wanted to get individual eyelashes done one time for a high school reunion 2 1/2 years ago, and I found Carol on the internet. At that time, she was the only one in my area offering the service. I got hooked on the eyelashes (and Carol) immediately, and have been with her ever since. Other eyelash salons have cropped up in the area since then, but experience and technique are very important with eyelashes, and nobody does them better than Carol. She's been a successful business owner for many years, is constantly focused on improving her products and services, and she is always busy. But she'll make time for you if you call to see her, and she will be worth it.

AMAZING!
I am not one to write reviews… but Carol was so amazing, I just had to let everyone know! I had a Brazilian wax done. I have had them done before, and it has always been a horrifying experience at previous places I have gone too. I was debating on ever getting one again, as the previous experience was the worst. I decided to try Auburn Electrology Skin, and am so glad I did. Everything is extremely clean, sterile environment, Carol does NOT double dip into the wax as some other spas do. This was the best waxing experience I have ever had, the Brazilian was almost painless, I didn’t even cringe, or clench my teeth. It really was awesome! Carol is truly a master at her field! She made me feel so comfortable and I felt like I knew her for years! Just unbelievable amazing! I recommend her to everyone! If I moved, I would even commute and drive extra to see her, she really is that good!

Very Nice Job
She was very professional, fit me in at the last minute. Her no scream cream was great. I have had a brazillian before, but it was not done as well as this one. I was also impressed with how friendly she was. Everything was very clean as well. The wax really didn't hurt!!

This morning I had never been waxed (anywhere), never mind getting a Brazilian!
PROFESSIONALISM says it all.  My wife convinced me to give waxing a try and needless to say I was a little nervous before I got to AESNC.  A thoroughly professional and relaxing atmosphere put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door.
 
Actually Carol put me at ease BEFORE I got there with the information she provided when I contacted her through her web-site.
Carol recommended (and I took her advice, thankfully) No Scream Cream, which made the experience at worst "Easily Bearable".
Actually it wasn't nearly as bad as I had heard it made out to be. I am sure that I will be seeing Carol on a regular basis now.

I have to disagree with one of the earlier reviews that stated "Check your dignity at the door"...Carol has a way of letting you feel that your dignity is still intact even while she is waxing you.

If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing spa experience - look no further. Carol is friendly and professional; she will treat you as if she has known you for years. And this is a home spa, which I really like. I get electrology treatments, but will be trying some of her other services as well. I switched to Auburn Electroloy, Skin & Nail Care from another business and have never looked back. I would recommend AESNC to my friends and anyone else looking for excellent spa services.

I was referred to Carol over two year ago, and haven't stopped going to visit her... Carol is simply the BEST!!  I started with a Brazilian before going on a vacation, and now I go in for that, as well as other services... such as her terrific Facials!! My skin has NEVER looked this good, she does "magic" with my pores. The fine lines have disappeared and my skin is so smooth, that my husband has made comments about how silky my face looks and feels weeks after the treatments have been performed. In my book that is the best compliment that can be given!!

Carol has a GREAT sense of-humor and is very personable. I highly recommend her, her wonderful services, and the high-qualilty products that she uses!!!!

Get Waxed by the Best
Carol has been doing my monthly brazilian waxing for over two years now. She uses this awesome wax that goes on like frosting but then comes off like a soft plastic. It is soooooo much better than the stuff other salons have used on me. She has cable in the room so I can watch my shows when I am there. When you get there, she offers you gum or treats from the munchie jar, hands me the squeezie ball......and I know I'm ready!

Pros: She takes care to make sure she sterilizes before and after each client.

Carol's Fabulous!
Carol does a great job with waxing, with particular attention to keeping it sanitary...she never reuses an applicator, so no one's "residual" goes back into the warmer. She is forever taking new classes to stay current with the latest trends and information and to learn as much as possible to be the best she can be. Finally took the plunge and had her do a Brazilian, which she did with professionalism and care to make it as comfortable as possible. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Best value, fabulous results!
Carol is by far the best esthetician I know. One receives customized service for an extremely reasonable price and fabulous results. I have waxing and electrology from Carol. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for either service. Carol provides a very comfortable environment for privacy and professionalism. She's the best.

Relaxing Atmosphere
Carol is friendly and professional. I never feel uncomfortable. I get facials and I am so relaxed. She goes to classes regularly to learn new techniques, brings back new products. My daughter referred me to Carol and I sent one of my friends to Carol. She genuinely loves her profession and making people feel good.

I love Carol!
I started going to her for electrolysis, which for me was a VERY sensitive subject. The way she welcomed me and explained everything just made me feel so comfortable. She greets me with a smile every time I visit. I also love the fact that she's constantly going to classes to stay abreast on the latest techniques, so you can be sure that you aren't getting service that dates back 20 years. I would recommend her to anyone!

Need a visit to a SPA???
Carol can do it all!! She does facials, body wraps, nails, electrology, waxing and more! She also sells great products such as Dermalogica etc. Whenever I need any treatment done, I always choose Auburn Electrology! Hate going to those crowded overpriced spas? Well, the environment here is private, friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable.

I have been a customer for over a year. I personally love getting the relaxing facials done as often as possible. Carol is the only person that does an amazing job on my eyebrows! And I also have electrology done to remove unwanted hairs permanently!

Quality, Privacy, & Professionalism - the best facial and waxing in Auburn
Carol is extremely knowledgeable and personalized my skin care treatment to give my skin the attention it needed. Her products are fabulous and the environment is private and personal, I feel truly pampered when there! The wax is great and virtually pain free.. again, privacy is a huge bonus - I will be back and would recommend her everyone!

Also, she is one of the few places in the greater Seattle area you can get Prescription Nails - they are perfect for special occasions - you have to ck them out!

Very Comfortable
I would recommend the waxes done at Auburn Electrology Skin and Nail to anyone who may be a little nervous about doing waxes. Carol is very nice and will explain the process very well as she does it and that made the experience so comfortable. I also had the bodywrap which I really enjoyed, my skin has never been so smooth.
